Online Admin Tools (OLAT)

To complement BlackBoard and Moodle Learning Management Systems, Open School BC has developed a set of Online Administrative Tools to help you manage your school district, students and courses.

Some of the features include:

• User Functions:
• Add students, teachers and course designers to WebCT and Moodle
• Allocate user IDs and passwords
• Delete users as required 
• Course Management Functions:
• Request course instances
• Associate users with course instances
• Set appropriate access level for each user
• Delete course instances as required
• Change course instance names
• Reporting Tools display:
• Individual user information
• Full user information for your school district or school
• Individual course information
• Associated course enrollment
