My name is Katie Gallagher, and I am a Senior Solutions Engineer at Blackboard. I want to invite you to participate in our upcoming K-12 Office Hours. The Blackboard K-12 team wants to help ensure that all of our clients have successful implementations of Blackboard Learn. To help enable your success, we are establishing weekly K-12 Office Hours starting December 5, 2011. We are inviting all K-12 clients to participate: Blackboard Learn, ANGEL, and WebCT/Vista.
The purpose of weekly K-12 Office Hours is to help K-12 clients:
• Connect with and learn best practices from peer schools and districts
• Optimize your implementation of Blackboard
• Troubleshoot and solve problems
• Have a direct voice into Blackboard, thereby enabling Blackboard to be more responsive to your needs
It is our hope that the weekly office hours session will provide you with added support, greater insight, and more opportunities to collaborate with your peers, fostering more success with Blackboard Learn.
Please join our 1(one) hour long Blackboard Collaborate sessions in December for K-12 Office Hours:

PRIOR TO THE SESSION: If you have never launched a Blackboard Collaborate session before, please visit the Blackboard Collaborate support page. Under the First Time Users section, click on Blackboard Collaborate webconferencing to verify your system is setup correctly.
TO JOIN THIS SESSION: Please join the session using the participant link above a few minutes prior to the scheduled start time to ensure enough time to download the Blackboard Collaborate Web Conferencing user interface and to setup the audio.
